Maier+Vidorno attended the Valedictory Session of Progressive Punjab investors summit 2019
(#PPIS2019) organized by Invest Punjab & hosted by the Indian School of Business on December 5 and 6, 2019, at its Mohali campus. Mr. Rakesh Verma (Principal Secretary to Govt of Punjab) gave opening remarks for Industry 4.0 also the industry leaders, new-age entrepreneurs, idea catalysts and Business Erudites from all across the world share their view to create India as an industrial hub. It showcased the strong investment climate in Punjab and hosted several important sessions. The leading industrialists urged CM Capt Amarinder Singh to put growth in Textile & Garments, Agro & Food Processing, Steel, Automobile & Auto Parts on the fast track in view of the immense potential in these sectors. A special session on the concluding day of #PPIS2019 projected consensus on this count, in view of the state’s strong industrial base coupled with a peaceful and skilled workforce. The participants exhorted the CM, in whose presence the session was held, to accelerate the pace of development in these key sectors.
