In our session on 18th February, Rolf Jenny — Director, AMMANN India will discuss about Mergers & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures in India along with Klaus Maier — MD, Maier+Vidorno, and Madhav Raina-Thapan — MD (India), ALTIOS International. The Swiss family-owned company — AMMANN is the world leader in construction and road building machinery and operates in more than 100 countries. According to Rolf, a successful joint venture rests on a few basic principles. “You have to be able to trust each other completely and treat each other as equal partners, even in our case where we owned 70 per cent of the company. All decisions within the joint venture were always made by mutual agreement.”
