If your Indian subsidiary is not achieving its targets you may need to change the team




This company came to M+V because they could not work out what was wrong. Their Indian MD said there was little market for their products, but they saw competitors from other countries doing well with India's booming medical services.  M+V sent a team of operational experts to look at the total business - and found that their records were missing or not transparent, people were not being paid in line with the market and the MD and CFO had certain conflicts of interest with the business succeeding.  The company terminated the MD and M+V's expert came in as interim manager to build the missing systems while we helped hire the right MD and CFO.

The new MD understood the market and the new CFO had the skills to maintain professional systems.  They walked into a company whose books had been cleaned up and systems had been made more efficient by M+V.  The new MD built on this with a sales strategy that is finally seeing steady growth and the team is achieving the new ambitious targets month on month.  India is now a success story for the company
